由北京市三葉投資管理有限公司作為主要發(fā)起人，控股北京三葉通達科技有限公司、飛翔有限公司、北京鴻潤國際投資有限公司、北京農潤國際置業(yè)顧問有限公司。集團經營業(yè)務以投資管理、房地產開發(fā)、物業(yè)管理為主，涉及進出口貿易、技術開發(fā)轉讓、復合材料研制生產、環(huán)保清潔能源的開發(fā)與建設等，是有較強實力的投資集團。
Sanye Invest (Group) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1989 with Beiing Sanye Investment ManagementCo., Ltd. as the main initiator. It controls Beijing SanyeTongda Technology Co., Ltd., Soaring Corporation Limited, Beijing Hongrun International Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Nongrun InternationalReal Estate Consulting Co., Ltd. The business of the Group mainly includes investment management,real estate development and property management and it also engages in import and export trade, tech-nology development and transfer, development and production of composite materials, developmentand construction of environment-friendly clean energy, etc. It is an investment group with great strength.
